All week we were waiting for the time to go to the mountains.
And last weekend (29/01/2012) we went to the mountains-skiing base Orlovka. Sometime later the bus from “Orlovka” came. The base specially launched flight Bishkek-Orlovka for sportsmen on the weekend.
After having breakfast we went to the mountain. It was nice day, the weather was good. There were a lot of sports and positive people. At first it was a little bit uncomfortable, but later people distributed between the three cables. We enjoyed the time

Base is different to other base! Snow guns in the beginning and the end of the season appear a determinative for a choice of a place for driving.
Till others on other bases (Karakol is not counted!) kneaded a dirt, we perfectly spent time on a slope of mountain-skiing base Orlovka. The right slope was left on eating up to the sun, but on the left guns not ceasing worked and puffed, covered abrupt descent by a divine snow substance.

In this season already everybody was on mountain-skiing base Orlovka, and I was not! On celebratory sunny day on January, 7th we decided to correct this misunderstanding. But about the equipment we thought in advance as in hire on base during week-end is rather crowded. In very quiet conditions with the great pleasure we picked up boots in Snow-Lend hire where is very good choice of equipment. And if you visit the hire in advance and before the day, you will save time and your nerves…

Orlovka is a picturesque corner of Kyrgyzstan in 90 km from Bishkek. Residing is at 2, 3 or 4 local numbers.
